Stayed four days here..the view from the room windows and the lawn is awesome..you can see the whole Darjeeling range, lebong and namchi..if weather is clear you can see kanchenjunga from here..the majestic view of night Darjeeling is beautiful..hospitality and food are also good.
A wonderful homestay amidst of calmness and vastness of mountains. The place felt very homely. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. People here are hearty, welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed interacting with them. The food was simple and tasty (Onion pakoras were best in snacks, Don't miss them). In late June, the view was not very clear.. but sitting in the front lawn in the cloudy surrounding was a serene experience. At night, the view of Darjeeling from the homestay is mesmerizing. We will cherish the moments forever and wish to visit again.
The view from the property is marvellous. We stayed for 2nights, we have withnessed Mt. Kanchenjungha from room window.
The owner of this place is very helpful and also the hospitality and foods are great. They can arrange bonfire and barbq chichen on demand. One who can take the feel of offbeat places Dawaipani a must visit place and this property..
